Hence the need for leaders of Catholic universities to be a spiritual leader before perhaps even being a “managerial leader” caught in a whirlwind of activity. In order to help you refocus on the essentials, and to reflect on this dimension of spiritual leadership, from June 8 to 11, 2023 in Rome, the International Federation of Catholic Universities offers a spiritual retreat addressed to you, leaders of Catholic Higher Education.
